We're proud to be leading the way when it comes to community and connection. Using our voice, reach, and resources we support causes that aim to progress reconciliation with First Nations People, provide opportunities for talented youth, improve mental wellbeing, and more.
Get Involved in Giving Back
There's no one-size-fits-all option when it comes to giving back to our community. We focus on a variety of meaningful causes, which you can support in whichever way makes you feel most engaged and rewarded.
Volunteer
Each year you'll get a day of paid volunteer leave so that you can support a cause that is meaningful to you. Many of our teams choose to take their volunteer leave together for a cause that resonates with their team culture.
Work on Projects
You can choose to donate your expertise to unique Foxtel Group initiatives, including our Community Service Airtime program, through which we donated more than $10m in production, creative, and broadcast value throughout 2022.
Participate in Events
Events bring together our community in exciting and collaborative ways so that we can meet and connect. They form the highlights of our annual calendar, such as the Clontarf Foundation OzTag challenge.
Donate
Through Newscorp Match, we may be able to match and/or double employee donations to charity organisations. We also provide regular opportunities to donate to our community partners and there are lots of incredible fund-raising initiatives throughout the year organised by our passionate team members.
Mentor
Through our partnership with Raise Foundation, you'll have the opportunity to mentor a young person through 1:1 sessions hosted on site every week at Epping Boy High School throughout the school term.
Contribute Your Ideas
Everyone has a seat at the table to share their best ideas with our community working groups, such as Fox Footprint, our brand-new employee-driven sustainability initiative.

Clontarf Foundation
The Clontarf Foundation exists to improve the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and by doing so equips them to participate more meaningfully in society.
Inclusion
Raise Foundation
Raise creates thriving communities by delivering mentoring programs right across Australia, prioritising younger students in public secondary schools who are most at risk of disengagement or poor wellbeing.
Mental Health
Starlight Children's Foundation
Starlight works in partnership with health professionals to bring the fun, joy and laughter that helps sick kids be kids. Starlight helps kids of all ages regardless of disability, injury or illness because what happens in childhood lasts a lifetime.

Through Foxtel Group’s partnership with the Raise Foundation I became a mentor for a high school student in my local community. It exceeded my expectations and was such a rewarding experience.
