Paid Parental Leave for Mums, Dads & Carers
In addition to paid parental leave offered by the government, we support primary caregivers with up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, and secondary caregivers with up to 4 weeks.
Employees can read our full list of leave benefits, including unpaid parental leave, and paid leave for adoption, surrogacy, and no safe job circumstances via our Intranet.

Virtual Coaching from Grace Papers
We've partnered with industry gender equality experts Grace Papers to provide all employees with free learning resources, community forums, and virtual 1:1 coaching sessions.
Accessible to all employees but targeted to carers, including new parents, working families, and those caring for the elderly.
Training & Development During Parental Leave
You can access 10 paid 'Keeping in Touch' Days before your official return date to make your transition as seamless as possible.
You can use these days to upskill, reskill, or refresh your knowledge before you return to the team.
Keeping in Touch Initiatives
Even while you're on leave you can join us for our regular schedule of team events including our FoxSquad Speaker Series and team social activities.
It's all up to you, so let your leader know if you would like us to keep in touch while you're away from the office.
